A trip to the Paljaspää cliffside in Muuratsalo, which offers a stunning view of the lake scenery of Lake Päijänne.
Program: Bus trip (public transport) Jyväskylä-Muuratsalo, walking along the road and forest path to the cliffside, admiring the landscape and returning along the nature trail. The terrain is easy to walk and in places of moderate difficulty, the total distance is about 3 km, the ascent is about 60m. The route is not accessible.
Duration: About 3 hours including bus trips.
Required equipment: Weather-appropriate clothing, a water bottle and good shoes (sneakers or hiking boots).
